Los Gables offers a variety of authentic Mexican cuisine as well as services to suit all of your catering needs. Los Gables is located in Fountain, MN, and owned and opperated by Julie Kulsrud.
We use locally grown produce when available, and exclusively grass-fed ground beef. Also, we provide a variety of vegetarian options if requested.
Los Gables maintains pick-up and drive-thru services.

About Los Gables...
Los Gables was put together on an idea of having a different menu in the area,
and a Mexican restaurant would be it. With the help of the Gomez family, who came from a village a couple hours from Mexico City, we
started June 28, 2006. Margarita Gomez brought her authentic cooking and recipes from her home. She has taught us, and we do everything Margarita's way.
We make our meats, rice, beans, sauces, chips, salsas, etc.. from fresh ingredients. Mexican food does not have to be spicy hot. If you like spicy salsa,
we will make it the way you like it, just let us know.
We have a mole rojo sauce on chicken that has over 20 different ingredients, really wonderful. Also, a mole verde on chicken has tomatillas + peanuts as main ingredients. The aschote sauce on out shredded pork is so, so, good. So many wonderful dishes, you'll be glad you came.
Another important point, we use grass fed gound beef exclusively and as much local produce as we can.
This is a good restaurant for gluten-free foods.
