Los Gables was put together on an idea of having a different menu in the area, and a Mexican restaurant would be it. With the help of the Gomez family, who came from a village a couple hours from Mexico City, we started June 28, 2006. Margarita Gomez brought her authentic cooking and recipes from her home. She has taught us, and we do everything Margarita’s way. We make our meats, rice, beans, sauces, chips, salsas, etc.. from fresh ingredients. Mexican food does not have to be spicy hot. If you like spicy salsa, we will make it the way you like it, just let us know.
We also have activities outside including bean bags and tether ball.
